Onedrive on file couldnt be downloaded

Learn more here. the problem is: integration between outlook webapp and onedrive is gone. 1) there is no option now to save attachment directly to onedrive. 2) and so, no option to attach file from onedrive. 3) and outlook webapp does not show all the apps when clicking the top left icon. all of the three were working perfectly earlier.
